The existing Etablissement in Østerbro, Copenhagen was in for a revamp both on the interior and the menu. Adam Aamanns vision for this was to give the classics a twist and bring back some oldie but goldies. Therefore we decided to create a cosy den with a funky retro vibe perfect for long lunches and winter dinners.
