Our design concept centers around creating an aesthetically refined and thoughtfully considered interior that reflects the core identity of AkademikerPension. The aim was to enhance and optimize meeting facilities and breakout areas, ensuring a balance between functionality and comfort.
As the project evolved, it expanded into a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building. This included upgrades to all office areas—introducing new changing rooms, a redesigned reception and lobby, an open-plan office landscape, and a variety of meeting rooms tailored to different needs.
A modern, cohesive, and welcoming office space has been designed using sustainable materials that complement the building’s architecture. Emphasis is placed on selecting durable, high-quality materials with long lifespans, ensuring both aesthetic longevity and responsible resource use.
This transformation fosters a sense of belonging and pride among both employees and members, making them feel truly at home in a space that reflects their values and the organization’s mission.
